Amanda DaCosta, Wellbeing Mindset Coach
Amanda helps people who want to transform their lives, have more energy and make different decisions that enable them to live the life they want without complication.
In her coaching practice she teaches people to set up the conditions for their inevitable success. Amanda spent 15 years working in the mental health and addictions sector working with people diagnosed with major mental illnesses. During that time, she worked as a Program Manager supporting 20+ staff providing housing and support and served on the Board of Directors for other community service agencies.
Amanda is also a group fitness instructor. Working with participants after teaching an aerobics class, I have found that people are always sharing their weight loss, health, and personal struggles with me.
Working in these two very different areas and discovering the STORIES ARE THE SAME lead me to develop a coaching practice. It is her approach to work with clients to uncover the motivations that are behind their actions to help them achieve better goals they have set for themselves.
